Goblinist discussions should be useful to the people playing and running games. Different tables enjoy different things; explain what works for yours without insisting it must work for everyone.
Discuss the idea
Disagreement is welcome. Personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, threats and sharing someone else's private information are not. Do not impersonate another person or present yourself as a moderator or publisher representative when you are not one.
Give people enough context
Name the game and edition when asking about rules. Mark major story spoilers, keep titles clear and use the relevant category. When suggesting a ruling or house rule, say which it is. If a claim depends on a source, link it where possible.
Share work responsibly
Post only material you have permission to share. Credit the creator and follow the licence where one applies. Do not upload pirated books, leaked material or personal information. A link or credit alone does not grant permission to reproduce a work.
Keep promotion useful
Do not flood discussions with advertising, repeated links or unrelated posts. If you have a connection to something you recommend or sell, make that connection clear. Do not use multiple accounts to evade moderation or manipulate likes.
Report problems
Use Report in the post or comment menu rather than escalating an argument. Include the relevant details so the moderator can understand the problem. Moderators may remove content, move discussions, restrict an account or close a thread. A good-faith correction or explanation is more useful than continuing a dispute in unrelated threads.
